Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated. Tracking information is provided where available.
5. Returns and Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your goods, in accordance with UK and EU consumer law. Refunds are processed within 5 business days once items are returned in original condition.
